You can delete your BAD ADS account, and the personal data that comes with it, any time. BAD ADS is made by Otech Labs LLC (OTECH Labs). Playing never needs an account, so if you never made one, there's nothing to delete here (see the end of this page).
In the game
- Open Settings (at the bottom of the home screen, or in the pause menu) and sign in if you aren't.
- Go to Account and tap Delete my account…
- Type DELETE and tap Delete forever. It happens right away.

On the website
No app handy? On badads.lol, sign in the same way you do in the app, then go to Settings › Account › Delete my account. It works the same as in the app.
By email
Can't sign in any more? Email support@otechlabs.io with the subject “Delete my BAD ADS account”. Send it from the email address on the account if you can. If you signed in without sharing an email (with X, or with Apple's hidden email), tell us your player name and roughly when you last played; the player ID in Settings › Purchases helps too. We may ask a question to make sure the account is yours, then we delete it within 30 days and write back when it's done.
What's deleted
- Your account: your email, the name and picture from your sign-in, your password, and your sign-in links and sessions.
- Your cloud save, your player name (someone else can take it later), and the list of devices you played on.
- Your name on every score and 1v1 you posted, from every device. The scores stay on the boards with no name.
- Your notifications, your notification settings and the record of pushes we sent you.
- Bug rewards waiting for your email.
What's kept
- Purchase records (what was bought, when, the price and the store's or Stripe's reference), without your name, email or account, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Purchases can't be restored after you delete the account. BAD ADS has no subscriptions, so there's nothing to cancel.
- Records linked to a device ID rather than to you (gameplay events, visits, scores with no name, bug reports without your account): deleted automatically within 24 months, or sooner if you email us.
- Sponsor bots you saved to the account stay with the business, reachable through their private link.
- The save on your device. The phone or browser you delete from keeps its save and plays on as a guest. Delete the app, or clear the site's data in your browser, to remove it.
Never made an account?
Then your game lives on your device: deleting the app or clearing the site's data erases it. To have us delete what our server keeps linked to your device ID sooner than 24 months, email support@otechlabs.io with your player name, or attach the file from Settings › Privacy & data › Download my save (it includes your device ID).
