These terms are the deal between you and Otech Labs LLC (“we,” also called OTECH Labs) for playing BAD ADS at badads.lol and in its apps. By playing, you agree to them. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you.
BAD ADS is free to play. You can play without an account; signing in is optional and needs you to be 13 or older. Keep your password to yourself: you're responsible for what happens on your account.
Coins, looks and the premium pass are a license to use digital items inside the game, not property. They have no cash value, can't be sold, traded or cashed out, and aren't transferable outside your account. Money never buys power: cards can't be bought and never get stronger numbers. Prices are in US dollars and include what the store shows at checkout. Refunds follow our refund policy.
We can remove scores, rewards or names, and suspend accounts, that break these rules.
Sponsors (businesses and people) pay to put a labelled “Sponsored” bot in the game. By sponsoring you confirm you own or may use the name and logo you send, and that everything you send is fine for all ages: no swearing, adult content, hate, violence, drugs, alcohol, vaping, gambling, weapons or politics. A person reviews every bot before it goes live, and we can turn one down or take one out at any time; refunds follow our refund policy. A sponsored bot appears for the days its tier lists, once approved, and may wait in a queue when its tier is full.
When a sponsor offers a reward, each verified win can earn a one-time code. The sponsor, not us, provides the reward and decides the details they set (one per player, how long a code lasts, how many exist). Codes can't be sold or transferred, work once, and expire. We may refuse or cancel codes won by cheating or farming.
The game, its characters, art, music and code belong to Otech Labs LLC. Sponsors keep their own names and logos and give us permission to show them in the game and its promotion while they sponsor.
We work hard to keep BAD ADS running, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties, and may change, pause or end. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
